Got this console error recently

recaptcha__fr.js:390 Uncaught Error: ReCAPTCHA placeholder element must be empty

Can you try to find out where this issue comes from? Does it depend on the setup or is it really an issue with the plugin? Are you using more than one instance of the CATCHA on this page?
