feat: Convert App to Client App #35

Todo:

[x] Add Admin URL, Portal Key, Customer ID to Settings
[x] Rename Klarna Kosma Settings -> Banking Settings and change fields
[x] Replace Kosma connectors by Admin Connectors (request to admin)

Banking Settings:

Set the admin app endpoint and credentials to authenticate with the admin app, in the Settings
The rest works as usual
