Using this tool with metagenomic contigs #6

Hi there,

Is it possible to use virnet with assembled metagenomic contigs that are between 1kb - 15kb? If so what should I enter for the dimension parameter?

@sxh1136 Yes. But you have to cut it to the maximum available contigs
