"Confirm before closing multiple tabs" doesn't work correctly #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open Chrome window, create two or more tabs.
2.  Open second Chrome window (incogneto?) Do not create additional tabs.
3.  Close second window (with on one tab).  You'll get the msssage to confirm 
closing multiple tabs.
4.  Close first window (with multiple tabs), no confirmation message is 
dispayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I don't know...current I'd guess.  Running Windows XP SP3 Home edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
