Improve linking support #38

Game & Watch Gallery 4 (USA) reported as not working

EDIT: that game is working, user error, but other improvements remain

I actually think this report was mistaken, because happened to test Game & Watch Gallery 4 back in version 2.1.1 and it worked fine. I have a movie from 2.1.1 that still seems to sync fine in 2.1.3: GAWG4_DK3_Boxing_Modern_2p.gbmv It only goes through the Modern multiplayer modes and not the Classic modes, but from some additional testing, the Classic modes seem to also work fine.

There is one other way that linking could be improved though. I don't think 4-player is currently supported, which could be neat for a game like Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, where you can have each character going off and completing a different part of the map.

4 player linking is a ways away, besides the fact that it would run at ~30 fps. Hopefully someday.
