simulate_experiment cannot handle 0 counts in transcripts [DUPLICATE] #47

Hi, developers

EDITED: I just realised that the error I run into is due to the inability of the reads_per_transcript to take 0 expression counts, instead of due to reps = 1 as I initially stated. Since this has already been reported in #28, I edited the question and closed this issue.
