Submitted content not being saved or sent in email #180

I have upgraded to the latest version 1.9 on Craft 2 and now when the form is being submitted the contents are not being saved or included in the email being sent.

Forms are displayed with the Quick form layout: {{ craft.amForms.displayForm('quickEnquiryForm') }}

If I have required fields in the form it simply reloads the page and says below the field - e.g. Name cannot be blank.

I tried uninstalling and creating the forms again but experiencing the same issue.

Discovered hadn't updated custom template which was causing the issue
