automatic backup not working on 3.2.8 #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.check date of /sdcad/mileage/backup.db
2.
3.

Expected behavior: db updated automatically

Actual behavior:db it is 2 months old

Mileage version: 3.2.8
Android version:2.2
Device:samsung galaxy s sprint

Please provide any additional information below.

Typo: app version is 3.0.8
