Stuck while Building Desktop binaries with XNNPack Delegate #205

I followed the instructions and I been able to run the building with:

bazel build -c opt //tensorflow/lite/c:tensorflowlite_c --define tflite_with_xnnpack=true

However, it stucks while compiling:

@apoleo88 I guess this is better suited for the tensorflow repo. I am also having issues building on windows and opened an issue. However, no help yet...
