Mesh does not respect layer position #26

Layers can be created at positions other than 0,0. It would be awesome if the generated mesh could take that into account instead of defaulting to 0,0.

Hmm; hadn't considered that; will look some more into supporting that 👍

Do you have an example of a Layer that starts at a different position - just so I can see what the plugin does?

I don't have a simple repro case available at the moment but I can work on it.
