This should work now rebased on #40

Rebased, still failing because of the version string (no v prefix, I think you mentioned this before).

Bitcoin Unlimited Daemon version bucash1.1.0.0

I'll fix later to allow overriding the entire version number including prefix.

They really rushed that first bucash release. Looking forward to the fix!
