Added a menu system for configuring log events. Directly addresses issue https://github.com/amadea-system/GabbyGums/issues/21 This also addresses issue https://github.com/amadea-system/GabbyGums/issues/22 and closes issue https://github.com/amadea-system/GabbyGums/issues/15
