The summary elements should start with the name of the API in question, since the operationID is not displayed by Postman (which is one of only 2 consumers of these summary elements) and because can only show about 30 characters by default.
This will make our Postman collection much more user-friendly.
For this pull request, please check that the new summary texts for each API make sense, are readable and have good grammar / spelling
