Enhancement: Higher build height #163

Could you make one or more redstone circuit boards out of iron, gold or whatever to extend the build height up to a block? Or just make it one higher that we could place two redstone torches on top of each other and a cable of some sort?

I don't really know... We'll see when I implement verical circuit I/O
