[1.0.4] Ender pulsars freeze when picked up in creative with pick block. #211

If you have a circuit with an ender pulsar on it and you use creatives mode pick block to duplicate the block it will freeze the state of the ender pulsar.

How to reproduce:

  1. Go into creative mode
  2. Place an ender pulsar on a circuit base
  3. Pick block the circuit
  4. Place the copied circuit
  5. The pulsar is now frozen in its last state

You must replace the pulsar to correct this.

Workaround: Go into survival, pick the circuit up and then go back to creative.

Hmm... I thought that one got fixed a while ago... Turns out it didn't! Will look into it :)
