Circuit crash when rotating with screwdriver #272

I am building an RFTools endergenic generator using SCM to handle the timings. I rotated a circuit next to one of the generator blocks and the circuit froze and crashed. The Gist is here: https://gist.github.com/8386c9b0eb22acbd21ab0d24347f7f2f

The circuit that died is essentially a mirror image of its counterpart across from it by the other generator. The multiblock was working fine, but I needed to shift it over a block to put it all in one chunk. When I did so, the multiblock no longer responded to input from the RFTools sequencer at the top. I started rotating the circuit components, hoping it would start responding. That's when the circuit died.

(Edit) Forgot to mention in the original report, I'm playing FTB Presents HermitPack v1.4.0 on Forge 12.18.2.2124.
