Click-dragging to place a row of tiny plates overwrites colors of wires on layer below #288

Create a wire of the color of your choice. Now change the color in the palette and drag a row of tiny plates to create a layer above. The color in the palette will overwrite the wire color below. This was giving me a huge headache with my single board 7-segment encoder.
