OpenGL Crash (No OpenGL context ...) #298

Open ghost opened 7 years ago

ghost commented 7 years ago

Using the direwolf20 1.10.2 pack, I've had to abandon two worlds now. For the first several days, everything works fine. Once I start automating stuff, at some point it'll start crashing on startup. Once its starts crashing, I cannot get it to work.

The loading of minecraft itself is fine. I even get to the point of loading the world. It even gets to the point of drawing the window the first time. Its at this point that it crashes.

This time, I created a new profile and copied the save over to see if that helped. It doesn't, all of these crashes are from the new profile.

The only change from basic direwolf20 is the addition of tinkers leveling mod.

I have backups of the world and profiles, if they are any help.

My system is Windows 10 Pro x64, 64G mem. Core i7 6950X, 5 TB disks (1 ssd, 2 hd), Geforce 1070 + Geforce GT 630.

Please let me know if there is anything I can help with.

I had this same crash, so I'll add some more info

Forge-12.18.3.2185 SuperCircuitMaker-1.0.4.jar (obtained from Curse Launcher)

The problem occurred to my brother after I switched a state cell from rendering to renderless (whatever it's called when you disable rendering the circuit in favour of a non-updating chip)

It didn't take effect straight away, it appeared to happen when he flew away from me and then came back later, and after that, after every log in. I was not affected by it, so I was able to disable the non-rendering back to full-rendering and he was able to log in again without issue.

Hope that sheds some more light

I'm having the same problem, and this isn't just a minor bug. I do hope this mod isn't dead since it's been ages with no response on this big issue. MC: 1.10.2 Forge:2185 Mod Version: 1.0.4 from Curse

Same crash just happend to my world. I solved it by opening the world in MCEdit and removing the circuits that was set in a renderless state , ie shift-clicked with the screwdriver.

I moved on to a new mod pack, so I don't know anymore. It was the first releases of the Direwolf20 pack for 1.10.2.
