[Request] Support placing red alloy wire on sides and bottoms of blocks #342

RedPower 2 had an item called red alloy wire with a very similar icon and model as the one in SCM that supported placing it on walls and ceilings. It was very handy for running redstone signals around. It would be awesome if SCM's version supported the same functionality.

That's already planned, that's why it's in the creative tab. It should be fully implemented in scm2
