I don't see any benefits from this. I already spent too much time today trying to get this working on my machine after the previous PR.

Previous PR - wrapper only (not for import in IDEA). Working Gradle project - this PR :)

Also this PR contains "GitHub action", which allows to check build:

  1. After commit
  2. Before PR
