MRSS and amgext rdfs changes #84

  1. Added segmentType attribute to amg:segment element
  2. Added targetPlatformIds, targetChannelIds and targetPlatformBrandIds attributes media:content element
  3. Added rdfs properties for targetChannelId, targetPlatformId and targetPlatformBrandId in amgext

The use case for this information is when creating a final package for vod, or for epg. So the query will be getAsset and then the packager will consume the metadata in asset response to package it into vod or epg package. @trey-amagi please correct me if there are othe use cases
