Compiler makefile assumptions #17

As of xwpe-alpha, compilers assumed to have -c and -o options

Using the autotools modification, there is an automatic check and resolution if -c and -o are not recognized by the compiler. As far as I am concerned, this is no longer an issue. I will mark this issue resolved and close it.
