I feel we should have one platform without ncurses, because some of the ncurses code is then replaced by non-ncurses code (I suspect termcap or termlib). I am hesitant to add this because my only Ubuntu platform is a server for which lots has already been installed, including ncurses.
What do you think: include an extra run? Or replace the oldest compiler version with a newer version, but without ncurses?
