A versão que existe actualmente para Fedora não instala em Fedora 32:

a linha a reter é a seguinte: package pteid-mw-3.1.0.git20200226-1.x86_64 requires libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.13.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed Actualmente a versão instalada do Qt é a 5.14

se te fornecerem o src.rpm , basta fazer rebuild no Fedora 33
