Unable to generate reports #1

Installed sap crystal latest 64 bit version without any error but tubbal is not able to generate reports

install the crystal engine, that i give in that zip file just install it the problem will be fixed

Yea, initially i installed both software from zip only, tubbal was clean installation but crystal gave error and couldn't be installed...It rolled back installation.

Then I downloaded latest version of Crystal 64bit, was clean installation, bit still tubbal not able to generate reports.
