Catalog - add more catalog titles index types #12

Based on our tests, the /catalog/titles/streaming catalog titles index is more up to date or at least contains more series (eg. Orange Is the New Black).

Added support for catalog titles index per http://developer.netflix.com/docs/REST_API_Reference#0_42335
