Current implementation of the graphs does the job, but requires additional improvements:

graphs should take 100% of the section's width and adjust to resized window
nodes should be stationary and drawn in circle, like in relevant electre1s implementation:
it would be nice to add neighboring nodes focus on node click
implement limits on node xy coords (to not allow them to move out the svg view)

Also analyze if labels would get handy (commented code section inside graph.js file)
