improve finish button assessment #116

fix #106

Changed the text on the button. The user is now only able to complete the assessment if all answers are scores. Until then, the button is disabled. On hover on the disabled button, an explaining message will appear.

Lol! Even though the button turns grey it is still clickable! I almost didn't notice!

Edit: Hold up, maybe it was intentional ?

What did not catch this. I will try to fix it
