create menu with task titles #121

Created a basic menu on the taskpagewith task number and the belonging title. The menu is clickable and will route to the assessment page of the current task.

It is missing the natural routing, but I will fix it once #115 is merged. This will make the PRs more cleaner so I do not have to pull and merge from different branches.

You have done a good job! Smart thinking about the PRs:) But I'm not certain about the design 😕
I like the buttons, but now they are excessive... But the list alone might leave too much open space. Maybe it helps to say "Oppgave X" rather than just "X"? And have a checkbox if completed or something 🙂
