Create arrow to next set of answers #15

Create an arrow that takes the user to the next set of answers.

We are not 100% sure on whether this should be left or downwards. So I'm thinking, either check with some end users to get a pointer, or just go with one of them and create a new issue on figuring out whats the most intuitive direction.
