Change position of task description and marker guidance #39

From the first user testing, one of our key takeaways was to change the way we present task description and marker guidance.

Our suggestion is to place them on the right side of the answer batch and make them differ more from the answers regarding the design. Keep in mind that the number of answers is dynamic, so make sure it looks nice.
