Use real data on approval page and sort them nicely

• [x] Get data from the assessments and display them in the list.
• [x] It should be sorted so that assessments of the same answer is next to each another.

If two assessments of the same answer has:

• equal score:
  • Only display one of them
• different score:
  • display both after each other
  • They get a mark that indicates it needs an extra look
  • E.g. a red border
