Enable and disable realgorithm #96

The user has an option for choosing to enable or disable the consistency check. The user can also choose the maximum limit on how many answers that may be reassessed. By clicking the expand button, the user have the possibility to choose between four different re-algorithms.

Note that this is only the GUI and that the backend is not implemented.

Did we want to have shadow on the expendables over as well? image

First off, extremely well done! It is easy to understand (to me at least), and good looking:)

The only thing I thought about is that maybe the expandbutton on the end of the percentage-bar looks connected to the bar and not to the entire konsistenssjekk-box..? However, I dont have a better suggestion, so I say we test in on users first, and see if it actually is a problem :)

We could try to put it more to the right or beneath the bar?

Edit: it would be weird to put it more to the right because then it is not aligned with the expand boxes. Another option is to make the bar shorter
