Based on the feedback from the user testing, users felt that the grey tasks meant that tasks were not answered. Hence, they need to be redesigned to indicate that the assessment for the current task is completed. Maybe change to a green color or have a checkmark?
One thing that is up for discussion is whether the buttons should be disabled or clickable
