Create JAR from CewsManager #20

@thanesn the Rakefile is now there, but we can't build the jar unless:

the java_import is fixed to have quotes
the java_require is taken out (it's not needed, we can just let it embed the script)
CareerEventManager.rb is moved to the src folder

I don't want to make changes to CareerEventManager b/c it'll probably cause conflicts with what you have.
