Finally figured out how to integrate Ruby's Bundler with Maven. Bundler is the standard way Ruby projects deal with dependency resolution. Using the JBundler project, we're able to use locally install dev days Maven projects (the simplified CareerEvent and CEWS WSDL). This pull request includes the follow:
Gemfiles with gem dependencies for the Ruby code
Mvnfile with Maven dependencies
test code that show's how to:
create Java objects from the CareerEvent jar
call the CEWS WS from Ruby using the generated clients
remember to use bundle exec
Rakefile that just runs tests in CewsDomain
updated README with all the details you need to get started
