Lifetime Point Tracking #17

A very simple feature: lifetime point tracking. A separate column in the database that would track all points ever purchased for a user.

A simple command to display the points (or even a leaderboard) could be a nice in-game feature, but I would appreciate just a column so I can create a graphical representation of points purchased for my website.
