woo email templates out of date #2

Getting errors locally with email template overrides being out of date.

I created a new branch to specifically update these; wasn't sure if the old ones were purposefully that way or if it didn't matter if they were updated. So... have a look at the changes in this commit in the fix/woo-email-tpls branch. LMK if I can merge or something else needs to happen.

Yeah, i'm aware, they're purposeful, its just the email templates. We customized them pretty heavily on mindup and I'd like to repurpose them. I'll do a code comparison Monday and see what needs updating.

These templates will be updated in a few weeks, I'll update then. For now, they work.
