repo custom page template archive 3-stack & pagination not working #117

this is a separate issue entirely from archives - breaking out to notate commits

The repo needs the same work at the top, and pagination is not working.

using tpl-repo.php

@amandablum is "mindup-you" (repo) supposed to be the posts page? or is it always going to be its own custom page template?

BAM! I left the posts per page at 5 to show that pagination on /repo/ works; can always bump that later when needed.

you got really close and that's what counts:) the top three posts works great on desktop. on mobile, all three disappear.

top posts were split to separate tix. pagination works fine, so closing. thanks!
