Pagebuilder, 1 col video #54

@vitamincee has, somewhat incidentally, made h1 over hero video work. Which raises the idea that we should allow it in the pagebuilder as well. I'm open to it. Chuck, pls comment, if you agree then I'll build it in and add testing content.
