the fields are no longer visible. this happened in last 24 hrs if that helps. AND..... gravity forms on non pagebuilder pages are fine. http://dev1.dapperdigital.net/contact/

I have no idea. The data isn't being output to the page, it's nothing to do with styling.

its weird though, because it WAS working.

oh i hadn't put chuck's fix in yet. that's what the problem was!
