full width page and w sidebar, h1 over image consistency #88

related to #74 ... the h1 is riding super high on image at small breakpoint. lets aim for consistency in placement across pagebuilder, full width and full width w sidebar across all breakpoints. 2016-04-04_1104

they're all just images on the page.
