analysisscript.R does not run, produces an error.
The manuscript file should not show pages of code, only results. Move code to separate R/Rmd files. Main results should be in manuscript, additional results or some EDA should be in a supplement. Neither should show code.
There needs to be more explanatory text surrounding your EDA.
Outputs (tables) need to be properly formatted, shouldn't run across multiple pages.
Unfortunately, the current manuscript file is pretty much unreadable, therefore it's hard for me to give feedback related to the science/analysis. Please make sure everything looks good and is nicely structured for part 4.
Overall, your project is not at the stage where it should be, please dedicate some time to it before submitting part 4 to get it to a stage that is on track for the very comprehensive, well-done final project I expect from everyone.
