ability to turn the overall shading on/off
able to have a few color choices if clicked including the grey that is there now, the green defaults and maybe two others

added color options, working on toggling shading

toggle shading bug --> clicked countries turn green, but after clicking another country, selected country turns white, but the green only comes back after hovering over it
