As the Amanda, I need to set up a project with a phase one goal, so that the path to getting my project started is clear.
Acceptance Criteria
Goal progress must be tracked using GitHub Projects.
Ensure that there are 4 Kanban columns: To do, In progress, Review in progress, and Done.
The GitHub Project should automatically move issues through the columns as work is completed (e.g. as issues are solved using pull requests they will automatically be moved to the Done column).
Define the scope of the initial target using an Epic (the target being the "Hello, World" of this project).
Ensure I have a plan for completing the Epic by defining 3 User Stories that when completed take care of the first 3 most important things that I need to do for this project.
All Epics and User Stories should be created as GitHub Issues.
All Epics and User Stories should have the appropriate metadata attached to them (e.g. user stories should be labeled with the user story label).
Define project rules that I have to abide by while working on this project so that I don't give myself a headache.
