According to: http://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~pmcbride/gedcom/55gcch1.htm and according to my gramps exports, tags are alphanumeric (including underscore)

Coverage remained the same when pulling 7405b54873d9b7f49d2f2bf5939badc51fb32a06 on chrrrisw:alphanumtag into fd82f1edea2b9928e04e0ed90f4c05aae268e166 on rory:master.
