Switch to allowing multiple bookmarks (display on profile page in list with linked Chapter title and page number shown); if can type short note describing why bookmarked, could be nice bonus feature

With either option, add tickmark(s) for bookmark to viz in issue #154.
For either, try placement of smaller icon that fits entirely in menubar after other menu links, or adding to annosidebar drawer handle?

Rule flagging page when visited, keep w/rule only allowing single bookmark per user, so user only has bookmark on latest page visited.
