Need to use flag per page? https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/60027/progress-of-a-user-on-completion-of-a-book Or can I compare the current bookmark flag to total book page node count? Use this in a SE-style HTML/API widget that users can paste into their websites to show others where they're at/how much they've read of the book

See #94 for work begun on this (#94 will just show # annotations, since I won't have time to set up book progress tracking to add to that for a while).
