Search for questions doesn't show anything tagged Questions when annotations are tagged "question"
Enter a capitalized redundant tag (e.g. Test) and it will save+display as its existing lower-cased counterpart (not certain if this reverses if initial instance of Tag was upper-cased).
This means all queries entered into the Filter tag search should be converted to lower-case before the search happens (or no results will be returned for Test when there are in fact 6 "test"s).
