Can't navigate back a page at start of new episode #50

The "previous" button on the first page of any episode points at the parent chapter-name page, which is set to redirect to the first page of the chapter. Need to make previous button point instead to last child page of previous parent.

Removed all redirects except for ulysses/ulysses to ulysses/3. Also removed ToC setting from Book Helper and chapter headers now display normally without extra numbers.
